Its the first of November and the Hummus crew is getting ready for the opening of the Winter Farmers Market this Saturday at the Cheyenne Depot from 10-2. In addition to our delicious hummus, Noam's Table will also be sampling and selling Israeli salad, a blend of finely chopped peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and red onions with a splash of olive oil, lemon and seasonings. Fresh, simple and healthy. Pair it with our hummus and a wedge of pita and you have a meal!
