A sneak peak inside just one of three pots of chickpeas! Soaking is the first step to making delicious Hummus. Its the first of November and the Hummus crew is getting ready for the opening of the Winter Farmers Market this Saturday at the Cheyenne Depot from 10-2. In addition to our delicious hummus, Noam's Table will also be sampling and selling Israeli salad, a blend of finely chopped peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and red onions with a splash of olive oil, lemon and seasonings. Fresh, simple and healthy. Pair it with our hummus and a wedge of pita and you have a meal! See you at the Market!
